loseing weight. okay so i need to lose a few pounds within tha next couple weeks and i was wondering if anyone knew anything that help or has any ideas and stuff?

Well if you are just looking to lose a few in the next couple of weeks there are a few things you can do easily:
Eliminate the following from your diet:
-Soda/Juices/Sugary drinks
(Stick to water or flavored waters)
-Junk food such as: chips, cookies, sweets etc.
(Kick the crave with a peice of fruit)
Add to your daily regimen:
Physical activities of any form
(Walking/jogging, jump rope, etc.)
Lean proteins like chicken instead of fattiet cuts of meat
Lettuce has no nutritional value so if you are going to eat a lot of salads pair it up with fish, chicken, or shrimp or something like that. Using a light vinegrette dressing will be healthier than a heavy ranch as well.
Get some rest! When you sleep--you burn calories!
And lastly, be cautious of low carb/no carb diets..while you can lose up to about 15lbs in just 2 or 3 weeks, you may have a hard time keeping the weight down once off the diet.
The key is to make smart choices.

oo research diets on the internet, like a low car diet, also how much weight are willing to lose? so um dont drink pop! and drink a lot of water! eat vegetables and avoid fast food and bread! um alo try doing exersices for that part of body, also eat larger meals 3 times a day rather than small snacks every half hour, and most of the time you eat because you are bored so keep yourslef occupid by doing hobbies that are also athletic, and make sure you join a sport in school! ]
