lower belly workout

does anyone know a workout that would effectively reduce the size of a stubborn lower belly? there is muscle underneath but i feel like building the muscle up with push out the rest of the bulge and make it worse. any ideas? thank you :)

well you could run or cheerlead thats what i do. Its simple just run/jog everyday for about 30-60 minutes.

well theres' this really good workout that i heard about called TURBO JAM it is basciall kickboxing,dancing,great work out... all in one.. lol well i hope i helped
