ok i have aim and when you go away how do you set it where you can see the people who view your away message?

I used to have the same problem.
if you want to view their name and what tim they looked at your profile

then you go %n=and it gives you ther name.
then you do %t=and it gives you the time.
and then you do %d= and it gives you the date.

i don't think there's a way to do that because no one is actually IMing you. if someone IMes you, their sn will show up with their message.
