i have a friend who like always has a boyfriend. like they aren't bad boyfriends, they're pretty hot and she even dated one of them for 2 years. anyways, me on the other hand.. i've never even really had a boyfriend before. she's also a year younger than me, which makes it worse (shes in 8th grade). anyways she's single right now and claims she NEEDS a boyfriend, even though i need one way more. but the thing is, i'm just as attractive as her.. not to sound conceited. she's shy and i'm outgoing. i don't really get it. i'm not so outgoing i'm completely annoying but idk... and we're both single and really wants guys so we're going to look for guys together over the weekend at the mall and stuff. but i just don't understand why all the guys like her and not me. (i dont go to school with her btw). and how can i get a guy?? do you think we'll find a hot SINGLE guy if we look hard enough at the mall/movies?

Hm, well the mall/movies may be a little tough to scope out guys because usually they go with alot of people [ some with their friends who are girls ] so you never really know if they're single, taken, or what. But if you look hard enough, you might. I would just mainly focus on the all-guy groups whenever they go to the mall, because if one guys not single, then I'm sure one of his friends are and plus, it's good for working on your flirting skills and talking to guys and stuff. To get a guy, you just have to be nice and yourself and don't come off as some stupid fake girl [ which I'm sure you're not but some girls pretend to be stupid to get their attention ]. Just make them laugh, and try to feel a connection with them and then after awhile of talking, start to flirt a little and see how he repsondes. If he flirts back, then continue flirting, but if not he might be taken or just not interested. But it'd be especially good to meet a guy at the movies cause you can always go up to them afterwards and be like "Hey, what movie did you go see? What'd you think of it? Have you heard about that movie that's coming out soon? Yeah, it does look like a pretty good movie. Hey, you and me and some people should all go together and go see it. [ or even suggest just the two of you going. ]" I don't understand why all the guys like your friend either, you sound like a pretty cool person. I don't know. Some girls just are like guy magnets [ that's how my one friend is and even alot of people say we look alike so i don't know how she gets all the guys but she does ]. Haha, sorry it's so long.
