whats some good tips on to being the best cheerleader.?
and a wicked good base?

any advice helps me xox

Work up your endurance by running a lap or so everyday or a mile every week. It's hard to cheer for a 3 hour game or do an intense 3 minute routine. Also, whenever you learn a new cheer or dance, practice it when you get home in front of a mirror. You may notice that you are doing a motion, and it looks really weird, so this way you will easily be able to fix it. For being a good base, lifting weights will help. In addition, when you begin stunting, and something isn't going right, stay positive. Placing the blame on the flyer is not helpful for anyone. You'll do fine, I'm sure =]

to be a good base you gotta lift weights a lot, it helps also if you do squats while lifting because its just like how youd do it when stunting, and then when you actualy are stunting make sure you use your leg muscles a lot thats the most important. and to be a good cheerleader just be happy and enjoy what you are doing and be sharp, it helps a lot to practice in the mirror because you can see what you look like =]

workout daily get your muscles stronger dont do anything without stretching and dont hurt
yourself
playing with your friends is exercise

Being a cheerleader takes a lot of work and detication.. a lot of people cant handle it. To be a great cheerleader you have to enjoy what your doing. You cant complain about practce or be grummy when not evreything was set to be your way.. You have to stay focused and proud of who and what you are. Always have stiff motions and smile and use tons of facial expressisons. that shows you take pride in what and who you are and do. Help all the cheerleaders out.. hate them or not its a team effort and your only good as your weakest member..Practice evreything again and again till its perfect yes; perfect in ceherleading is real when it comes to stuns,sidelines,cheers,ect.. Also; practice is a big part of cheerleading && i dont mean just at practice. I mean around the house and anywhere else. I have a bad habit of wheni get bored to cheer no matter what im doing. haha. Well, if you need anymore help ask me please.. cheerleading its a pasion for me!. Also; cheerleaders are assumed to be stuck up blond whores.. we can change that.. cheerleading is about having fun and supporting your team. <3.Well, much love have a great season!

PS.How old are you?

&& wehnit comes to being a base. I do that a lot. I lift 85-120 pound girls with ease. Lift with your legs.. not your arms.. Also if your tired.. stop. dont take a chance of dropping someone. Also you must pay a lot of attentino to the peron your lifting,, throwing,.. w.e. make sure they're doign aevreythitng properly.. Remember your in charge. so if someeon says somthing about you doing somthing wrong dont listen. If its working stick it. because if you change somthing it all may well.. not work out too pretty. <3.

I'm a cheerleader also.

Here are somethings to work on:
Practice your motions, yeah you'll hear it ALOT, but trust me, it helps so much. Do each chant twice a night.
(If you're an AllStar cheerleader do each cheer a few times a night)

Practice the dance over and over again.
Be sure to stretch every morning and night for jumps. Do leg exercises such as Six Inches, or Leg Lifts to improve your jumps.

For being a base its all in technique.
Never lift with your arms, you may be doing this just out of habit. If you push with your legs and keep your back flat, your stunt with hit stronger with much ease.

Everything in cheerleading takes practice.
So like I said, review everything at home as much as possible.
