Question Posted Wednesday August 16 2006, 10:26 pm

I'm on a sports team at my school and, I guess I'm pretty good. I've gone to a lot of sports camps and stuff over the summer which has helped a lot.
And, there's some girls on the team who don't take it a seriously and it really makes me mad. They'll screw off and invite these absolutely STUPID guys to the practice and totally just flirt with them the entire time, when they should really be working on their game. I'm afraid our whole team is going to go up in smokes..
Do you have any ideas on how I can make them practice but not seem too harsh?

Maybe tell them how you are feeling or say something like 'hey i think we should practice. i mean after all we need to.' Um not really sure but just try talking and if that doesn't work try to talk to your coach. I am sure they will do something about it. Well I hope I helped. Thanks for the question (:
