I have had my tongue pierced for almost a month and its a little swollen att he bottom but not usually... But everytime when i wake up its swollen... It does go down though

You probably press your tongue against your teeth when you sleep, perhaps even catching the bottom of the piercing in your teeth once in a while. I don't think it is a bacteria problem, because that would irritate the top as well.
To be on the safe side, call the place where you got it done and ask them what they think.

My friend had this problem and it was because she slept with her teeth tight or clenched together in some way and didnt even know she was doing it and it irritated her piercing. Maybe it's the same for you. If it doesnt stop you can alway go back and ask the people that pierced it, unless you did it yourself.

im not reallyu all too sure but i know that bacteria build up in your mouth over night, do you brush your teeth at night? and make sure you clean your peirsing? because over night all that bateria will just sit there and mutiply and infect your peirsing, and make sure u clean it when you wake up too, well i hope this helps!
