yes beacause most of them have like a lot of padding so it will make it bigger, even with tshirts. <3

If you wearing a Kind of tight shirt then yes itll do alot. But if your talking about a baggy shirt then you probly wont be able to tell much.

Yeah, sometimes they work like padded bras and make your boobs look bigger because most push-up bras have padding in them. But they're really designed to be worn when you can actually see your boobs. Padded pras work better for high necklines because sometimes, you can tell if you're wearing a pushup bra with a regular tee since it pushed your boobs in together and makes them look higher.

Yeah, it definitely won't hurt anything.
Plus, they give you a smoother look in the front (as long as it fits right)
