I have a lot of hair that grows on my neck, and it's really embarassing. I usually wax it, but it takes a long time and is pretty painful. I know I shouldn't shave it, so that's not an option. Is there any quick and possibly painless way to remove it where it wont grow back very fast?

You can always try a patch and see what results you get, if it's good then do the rest. [ Nallie's advice column | Ask Nallie A Question ]
