There really is nothing to be embarrassed about, it is far more common that you would think. If you don't want to use medication, you could try something called pelvic floor exercises.
When you have to pee normally, try to stop half way, the muscles you use to do this are the ones you need to exercise. You can do this anywhere as no one will see what you are doing. Try to do this several times a day for the rest of your life and you should be able to build them up so that this does not happen again. Also if they are strong and at some point in the future you want children, it will make it easier to recover strength in that area, as it is usually affected by pregnancy and labour.
It is hard to do this and to have the discipline to continue but it is worth it and you should see the results of it in a month or two.
Hope that helps and good luck.

you should definently tell your mom, and don't be embarrassed about it sweetheart. she's probably the only one that can help you the most. once you tell her, she'll take you to the doctor hun.

It seems that you have a bladder control problem. It's nothing to be ashmaed of. It may be a surprise to you but many people have that problem. Not just you.

There is a medicine that helps you control your bladder perscribed by the doctors.

You need to tell you parents about it and go to the doctors. I mean you do not want to be using pads everyday in your teenage life, do you?

I know it's rewally embaressing to tell your parents but it's not as embaressing if they found out for themselves.

you're not too young to be going to the doctor so go and get your perscription. I'm sure the doctor has something for you
