Hey
Yeah oily skin causes breakouts. You can wash your face 3 times a day at most. So if you feel like you need to wash your face in the middle of the day you can. Try using astrigent, i have oily skin too and it works for me!

A great skin care ritual that I've been using for a while goes like this: Clean and Clear Morning Burst when you wake up, Dove Engery Glow Exfoliating Wash in the afternoon or night time, and a Noxzema pad before you go to bed. Moisturize with scent-free non-pore-clogging Aveeno every other day. My skin isn't super oily or super dry. It's just right and my skin has been clearing up pretty quickly.

I have the same problem, and I dont get bad breakouts anymore, but the one pimple I get sometime is awful...anyway, There are two things I reccommend....one is Get oxy clean maximum strength pads...its in a little tub with a pink top...anyway it helped alot with my breakouts..but it doesnt work for evverbody..what it does do tho is its like cleaning without the sink...it wont dry out your skin so you should put some in a ziploc bag in your purse.that way if you feel oily, it help alot. If your skins starts getting dry ( I doubt it will if you have oily skin) then just get Johnson's baby lotion ( its not that oily) to help the dry ness. Now i dont know what cetaphil is BUT, I use clean and clear. The name of the acne wash is Clean&clear oli-free Foaming Facial cleanser..its good!!!. Get the acne clearing astingent also ( astringent is very essential to helping breakouts). And yes, the oil is a big factor in your reoccuring breakouts. I hope I helped alot!!!

DO NOT WASH YOUR FACE MORE THAN TWICE A DAY WHEN ITS OILY!!! when you do that you skin thinks that your face is drying out so it produces more oil.

Use a product for oily skin by nuetrogena, i love nuetrogena. It's the best! and to help cut down on the oil at night try to use 'clear pore oil controlling astringent' by neutrogena. It works very well!
