Moderator?

How do I become a moderator? Level II? etc.

I already looked in the F.A.Q. but I couldnt find it so if its in there could you send me the direct link or just tell me.

If you meet those requirements, you just became a level I moderator.

Not many people are level II moderators. You need to be a hardworking level I moderator who is also trustworthy, and then you might be promoted.
