what can i do fast

okay-
i think i pulled a muscle in my leg im a cheerleader && i need to know if there is anything to do to make it not hurt so bad cause i have practices so much && i cant do my jumps wiht my leg && i need to so is there anything i can do to make it not so sore??

It seems as though you might have pulled a muscle, as you said.
The best thing you could do , is loosen it.
You can do this by putting it in hot water or steam.
If it hurts you constantly then you might wanna see a doctor.
