I'm 16 and desperate for a job. So I posted a "resume" online (even though I had almost nothing to put on it), and someone e-mailed me with a job at Home Depot. They said that the job was in marketing and I would only work weekends.
My question: what is marketing? What do you think I would be doing at Home Depot and do you think I'll be one of those people who has to lift wood and other heavy stuff (I'm not very strong)? Thank you!

Alli answered Saturday August 5 2006, 6:52 pm: Marketing is not a fun job. You should do something that you like to do. Sure you have a dream of something. If you believe it good enough, IT WILL COME TRUE! IF you follow yourr heart and do what you want to do, then you will feel so much better. I am starting small though, such as babysitting or selling jewelry. Something small then live up to your dream.
