skinny not anorexic

im 14/f, 5'6 and 102lbs. im really thin and i want to know how to gain weight. i have a really fast metabolism so i eat constantly. i dont really have access to a gym so weight gaining with muscle really isnt an option. i'd love to be 110lbs or even 115. i really dont mind gaining fat. so if anyone has had the same problem and found a way to gain weight please help. i've heard peanut butter works but i can only stand so much of it.

You are going through the exact same situation that I am, I am 13 and I only weigh 80 lbs. The average weight is 100-110 lbs. Let me guess, you have some sort of disabilty, ADHD or OCD and the pills that yo u take make you not hungry for meals and more hungry for snacks. When you die you predict that you will be eating at least 50 years of your life. I have not found a way to gain weight. I don't do sports, but I do like to dance and I am hyper alot, I also have really fast metabolism like you. If being petite and skinny is in your geniology (family history) there isn't much you can to about it. People may tease you, but they are just jealous. When you grow up you will be so happy you didn't try to get fat and succeeded.

I'm the same way, at 11, I was 75 pounds! I'm now older and I still weight under the average weight, but I have gained some. I can proudly say, I'm 115 pounds.
The idea is to not eat as much, you want the fast metabolism (it's a good thing), try eating three small meals a day. You know the breakfast, lunch nad dinner thing. Just don't eat big servings. And have you tried walking around the mall, or taking up a dance course? You don't have to run on a tredmill to get excersise! I dance and I hang outside with friends. That way I'm moving, not as much as in a gym, but enough so I'm sittting my butt on the couch all day. It really doesn't take a lot. If you need anything else, just let me know.

p.s. the whole eating peanut butter thing is a myth. it deosn't keep on wieght or help put it on. all it does is make you sick, if you eat too much. (try putting it on some toast for a quick breakfast to go. I have it every morning.)

Well hun don't stress about it I'm also 14/F and I'm 5'1 and 76lbs you think you got it bad, my mataolism is also extremly fast so I too eat ALL THE TIME! Trying to gain weight myself but then I realized how much I liked the way I looked (even though I still wouldn't mind to gain maybe 10 15 lbs)sure I still would like to gain weight but there isn't much I can do because my matabolism is so fast so I don't try anymore I eat all the time still because I like to but I don't eat till I'm uncomfortable. Be happy about the way you look, think of how many people would love to look like you!! ;) Besides you don't want to gain weight then have a belly that looks like a big jelly bean...seen it before...!
