adviceme3 answered Tuesday August 1 2006, 8:25 pm: not necessarily. But don't work out the same part the consecutive day. Give your musscles a chance to relax. You should work out some muscles on day, and the next day focus on the muscles you didn't do the previous day. So to answer your question, it's not really bad, but you should wait a couple days until u work out some more or else your body will really ache. xldywing answered Tuesday August 1 2006, 7:29 pm: it's not exactly bad. it just might put a lot of strain on your body because you might not be used to working all your muscles, one after the other. you could work your whole body, and see how you feel the following. chances are that you'll be sore, but a couple more days of working out your whole body should do it. you'll just be used to it by then. don't start out to intense though. have fun!
