Wear a high SpF sunscreen and wear a hat if you can. make sure the sunscreen is water/sweat proof, so it doesn't come off

if you use bare minerals makeup on your face it really helps. it contains sunscreen but it isn't the kind that will clog your pores. you could wear that on your face then sunscreen on the rest of your body.

use sweat proof 50-60 sunscreen and apply it atleast 15 mins before you start to keep it from coming off. also wear more clothes.. like wear a lighter airy shaw/jacket over top instead of a heavy T-shirt.. like one of those adult cover-ups for bathing suits

use sunscreen with a high SPF (there are some with SPF 50), also baby sunscreen usually helps prevent tanning. and stay out of the sun as much as possible, if you have a break, find a shady spot.
