thigh workout hello..
random question but i was wondering if anyone knows of any exercises for thighs?

Ahh yes.
Simply lay on the floor on your side and life your leg up and down , for a few counts and keep going. It will deffinetly build muscle in your thighs.
Another one is to run or mild jog, that will build up all the muscles in yourr legs.
Squats are pretty good too!

Simple squats, and knee lifts worked wonders for me! And reading other answers below, those also work great. ]
Okay I know a good one that my beauty pageant friend taught me!
What you do is you lay on the floor on you side.
Lets say ur laying on your left side.
cross your right leg over your left
lift the right leg and move up and down 20 times then keep it up for 10 seconds then down 20 fast ones.
do the same thing on the other side except cross your right leg over your left and move your left!
It works great but its a killer!!
