Hmm, Well if you think your fat, do something about it !
Try putting yourself on a diet and a healthy exercise program.
Eat foods with whole grains , vitamins, minereals,protein, calcium etc.
Cut down completely on junk food and portion control is everything.
And maybe for exercise you coulc go for a good walk or mild jog, depending on exercises you like!
