lose fatt ok so i wanna lose some weight. im not really fat or anything. im not even fat. but i got some extra meat on the stomach i wanna lose. and i was wonderign if anyone knew a good eating scheuld. like 6 small meals a day ( w. examples) or just eat 3 main meals a day.. something like that. i already have the workout part down becuase i play alotta sports. but .. help and ill be sure to ratee

If you need a diet you shouldn't be asking people on this sight. See your doctor, they will have professional sure-fire diets that will make you loose weight without physically hurting yourself. Also, count your carbs and watch the calories. If you absolutley CANNOT live without sweets heres some advice
Healthy food that is just as good as the fatty kind
1. brownies/chocolate-they make special lean cuisine desserts that taste no different from the kind with fat
2. popcorn-grapes are just as good maybe even better
3. pizza-lean cuisine pizzas! I actually prefer them rather than the regalar kind, they are really good!
4. McDonalds burger-MikkyD's salads are awesome!
5. Pudding-yogurt milkshakes are really good!
6. Smoothies-healthy ones, most towns have a healthy smoothie cafe ]
if you play a lot of sports than eat more meals or maybe 3 meals and than snacks in between like fruit or chewy bars. Nothing unhealthy obviously. ]
I would eat the small meals(Maybe not as much as 6 though).If you ever get hungry you should eat some fruits such as apples or bananas, or vegetables like carrots or celery.
Keep playing sports.It will keep you healthy.But before you do anything make sure your stable enough to lose weight.If your already an average weight or underweight don't go over it.You don't want to get anymore unhealthier then you could be.

Well let me tell you that I am in the same position as you, and i took the wrong route, do NOT stop eating, i'm becomming unhealthy, and it is not good at all.
What i would say is to stay active, do some crunchs or jog 2 times a day. Play sports, and stay away from fatty foods, suger-y foods, and greasey foods.

ur asking the right girl... well all you have to do is instead of going for the cookies go for some fruit... basically skip out on anything that you know is not healthy... and i no a couple good stomach excersizes if you want them... p.s i play alot of sports too, and i have a 6pack ]
More frequent meals in a day are good... but they should be small. Just eat when you feel like you need to and pay attention so you don't eat after you're not hungry anymore. Drink lots of water and do crunches, sit-ups, and side crunches on each side. Do that at least once a day. Good luck! ]
