r they really my friendss?

okay..so i have a bit of tummy fat..and i went to a party wtih allgirls and my 2 friends kept looking at my stomach and didnt say anything..idk if they are really my friends or what..i thought they were.but i mean i dont know. having this lower stomach fat i have been self conscious about my whole life. any advice is helpful!! thanks!

What is the big deal? They didn't even say anything, they just looked at you? Of course they are going to look at you if you have an obvious problem. If you are so self concious, then do something to change what you aren't happy about.

You know, anyone who thinks less of you because you have a little tummy fat isn't really your friend.

If this REALLY bothers you (and not just because these so-called "friends" don't like you because of it) , you can do some crunches to flatten and tone. The exercise itself will make you feel better and more confident (because of endorphins) and will make you look as you want to look.
