Commitment to my health I would really like to brush and floss my teeth two/three times a day, wash my face twice a day, exercising.. etc and normally I am only doing it once daily.
Is there any way I can get myself to stick with this? Such as doing it to look my best for a guy I like or something like that. I have troubles sticking to it 'just because' I want to look/feel better.

well you cood think since its summer you wanna impress everyone when you get back to school asmuch as possible and all the people who (if they did) made fun of you or were mean to you will look alll ugly cuz your washed your face and brushed your teeth more often.
