you can get oil-free acne washes/scrubs at the drug store, but if you want to go the prescription route, i would suggest going to the dermatologist. they'll tell you exactly what's going on, and they'll give you free samples. i actually went to the dermatologist today for a check up and it was only like twenty bucks. otherwise, try out different products on your back like in the shower. i've heard proactiv is awesome, though i've never tried it (heard about it from a friend). also, clean & clear, biore, neutrogena, clearasil... any of those should do the trick.

Hm,buy some Noxzemia, and put some on ur back before you go into the shower, and then wash it off in the shower.

When you're in the shower use a lofa and some soap thats like blackhead & pimple reducer. Find a kind that you like. All this can be purchased at your local 7-11,Rite Aid, and all that

I know that my sister got wicked bacne she went to her doctor and there is an actual perscription and cream that she takes and uses that works really well. If you are in the states and have no insurance I am not sure how much it is to see a dr or get the perscription. Many dr's have samples that they get for free and give for free so I would suggest that if you have no insurance you try that route.

Good Luck, hope this helped
