ok well before you even think about telling him,you need to know if he has a crush on you too or likes you.Find out by asking a freind that knows him to ask.if he DOES get to know him more,go out,then tell him. But if it turns out he DOESNT like you or have a crush on you then dont bother telling him because itll only lead you to heartbreak and you will be flushing down your dignity this way,and he might even use you.How?hell say that he likes you too although he doesnt then take advantage of you and go brag to his freinds.Theres 2 ways to find out if he likes you ,one....through a freind.....2 through the way he acts(but i prefer knowing if he likes you through the first way) and in my experience here are some clues to tell if he likes you
1)He might start talking loudly in your presence
2)He might also become very shy and mumble when he speaks to you.
3)If he is acting more flirtatious toward you than toward other people at the same event
4)If his friends are paying attention to you when he isn't around (often a clue that this guy talked to his or her friends about you).
5)If he is smiling while listening to you
6)If your in an argument with someone hes ALWAYS backing you up.
theses are some signs....just make sure you find out one way or another if he likes you
