I saw people's answers to somebody's questions about teeth whitening with baking soda, I would like to try that. Do I just put the powder on my toothbrush, or put it on my toothpaste. How often can I do think without harming my teeth?

Then, to lose the taste of the baking soda, I then brush my teeth with regular toothpaste.
Then, use mouthwash to make your breath smell good =)
I do it every other day. But, I started it off, like every 3 days or something. It depends how your teeth are. Every 3 days works good. But,I'm always going somewhere, so that why I do it like every other day though. But 3 days is fine.
I've been doing it for like what a year now.. & my teeth are just fine. So I dont think it harms them.

Really this is hard on the enamal on your teeth,so be careful and scrub too hard. I wouldn't do this more than once a month. [ Nallie's advice column | Ask Nallie A Question ]
