Okay, so at night when I'm trying to sleep, my left thigh just will not relax no mattter what position I'm in. It's not really tight, but it's just distracting, and It keeps me from going to sleep as fast as normal. This has been happening the past few months. Any ideas about what it is and how to make it relax?

If it doesn't get better I would see your doctor. My husband actually takes meds for it.
