Ok My parents are divorcedi live with my mom on the week days and dad weekends. It used to be me my 2 bros and my sis at my moms until my big brother moved to his dads. I have been trying to move to my dads (which my dad is fine with) but everytime i do my mom and dad freak out and threaten to go to court and my dad says its not worth court so I have to stay at my moms. I hate my moms house and my moms for a lot of reasons but my dad doesnt beleive me my step mom does and shes tryin to convince my dad to let me move but so far "Im not worth court" I hate living at my moms so much nnow that id even rather live at Juvinille Detention. I dont know what to do. Help ME!

I had almost the same problem. You should get them both together and sit down and talk to both of them about it, and why it would be better if you lived with your dad. Your mom just might feel like she's losing her children and that you prefer your dad over her. Just let her know that you love her, but you would just like to try living with your dad for a while, and see how it goes from there.

the only thing i think of you being able to do is telling your mom that you want to live at your dads. and tlak to your dad about how much you hate your moms and he should understand becuase your his daughter and he should want to help make your life the best he can. so i'd just keep trying to convience them and try to get threw their heads that you should be able to live where you want to and its your life. other and that i dont knwo what else to say. but i hope it works out. ♥ goodluckk
