Goals

Question Posted Tuesday July 25 2006, 12:45 pm

Out of curiosity, I wanna know if you guys think these are realistic goals and ways to reach them:
I'm going to start South Beach phase 1 in August and keep at it until I hit 115, and then start toning my body. When I start toning I'll shift to phase 2 of South Beach and add some carbs in so I have something to burn when I work out.
115 is my weight goal (I understand that once I start toning I'll gain muscle)
I want to be slim and toned by the end of october.
I'm about 128 or 127 now, and I'm about 5'4".
You're welcome to give your opinion as long as you spell everything right and pay attention to your grammar.
Thanks!

i guess there realistic. i mean if your not happy with your body and nto comfortable than nothing is wrong with trying to be happy with your self. but 128 5'4 doesnt sound like your over weight at all !! but it sounds like a good plan and as long as it makes you happy with your body than go ahead =]
