I have a cramp in my upper thigh and it has been there for awhile (since last night.) how do i make it go away?

it's just your siatic nerve.
try going to your chiropractor,
they do wonders. It makes it feel a lot better.

try exercising you know waste exercises upper legs exercises but you know one day isnt that long it might stay about a week or two but dont exercise to much just enough so that you can loosen your muscles a bit

if you got hit there with something
ice would be good.
if its just a muscle
try using a heating pad
right before you go to sleep.

Well there are therma pads that you place where you ache If you still hurt after today. You can buy them anywhere. OR try to exercise maybe it is just cramped up because you are stiff.
