sad life i can only concentrate at night beacuse i've stayed up for a long time.
when i wake up i feel like ive been hit by a truck
i have bad allergies, never exercise and still dont sleep well
how do i fix my sleep schedule?

Drink a lot of water (6-8 eight oz glasses a day) this will help with your concentration and allergies. If you aren't treating the allergies you should consider doing so, because allergies can cause sleep problems and make you feel really rotten when you wake up.
The key to turning a sleep schedule around is to go to bed 15 minutes earlier each night, until you get to the bedtime that suits your schedule best. Then you want to stay with that bedtime frequently...as part of a routine. ]
Eat healthy, sleep atleast 8-10 hrs a night, and try to excercise everyday for about 1 hr.
