how do i defend my love for south park? it has important messages and you need to look deeper into the plot

You don't need to defend your love for South Park. People should accept that you love it. But if you really want to defend tell them just what you said in your question. You love it because "it has important messages". Explain to them that you see the message and love it for that.

oh i know i completely agree with you! it does really have good messages...you should explain to people who doubt it how good it is and use different episodes for example. the episode on anti smokers for example was a really good one with a deep message
