Dear, reaching out First of all you have to understand your friends have other friends so don't feel like they are just tossing you aside..i do think it's good you started making new friends that's a great start....as for feeling un needed try asaking you dad if he needs any help or spend some time with him...you can't expect everything from everybody..give people some time and see what happens. Your friend Violet

Its ok to spend time with your dad. You sound just like one of my best friends, Kelsey. she is always at her step-dad's house and she hasnt been spending much time with us. we havent invited her to stuff much, because she is always up there. its not because we dont like her, its just that we know that she is always up there. [well most the time] So dont think your friends dont like you, they probably just know that you are up there having a good time. Hope I have helped :]

A lot of people during the summer either go on vacation, or find other things to do pretty much all summer long. I do believe that once the school year starts back up, you maybe able to see those friends again.
