I was cleaning my keyboard and I pressed a button that accidently muted my computer! I dont know what button but lime green text came up on my screen that said Mute On and now I cant hear anything. How do I turn it off?

3. Sound, Speech, And Audio Devices
4. Sounds and audio devices
5. and clikc the mute button so its un checked

That's a mute button. Look for a button that has a picture of a speaker-looking thing, and press it again to turn mute off. Or, at the bottom of your screen (where the time is) there are little icon things. There should be one that is a gray speaker-looking thing that has a red line across it. Double-click it and uncheck "mute all."

Well my mute button is at the verrryyy top of my keyboard where I can control the volume and such. Look for it around there. It should say *mute*.

First go to my computer. Then to Change a setting [[check the left hand side]].Then double click sound and audio devices. Then click the box next to mute to unmute it! For any more questions message me!

Almost every keyboards different, but if you have like silver buttons on the top, find a button that has something to deal with sound with an ex over it. mine is like a megaphone with an ex over it. Then click that.

It mutes and unmutes my computer, but I donno what type of keyboard you have.
