One of the main things is temptation and it really really sucks, I hate it. Just think about the effects that those things will have on you, like chips. They may taste good now, but in the long run they're not gonna do you much good. I know that goes under eating right, but it's something you should seriously consider because the more you tell yourself no, the more you're going to want to eat them and eventually, you're gonna be like what the hell, might as well cause' I'll just lose weight some other time. Don't think like that because it just made me gain more weight. Lose it now and you won't have to deal with it later on in life. Definitely go for a 20-35 minute walk every night and try to stay away from things that will tempt you. One thing that really motivates me to lose weight is my music. When you're on a walk or exercising at the gym w.e, put your iPod on, headphones, etc. and push yourself, think about what you'll look like after you lose the weight and all of the clothes you'll be able to wear that you never thought you could.
Suggestions for meals:
breakfast: half a bagel and a fruit & milk or OJ,
two waffles and a fruit & milk or OJ, cereal and a fruit and OJ.
lunch: a sandwich with cold cuts and add lettuce because it helps increase your metabolism.
dinner: whatever your mom/dad makes, just decrease the portion size.
