I've used them since I started getting my period, and I haven't had any problems! The way to make sure that you are comfortable when wearing a tampon is having the right size and having it in the proper position. To start out I would try wearing a regular,if that is too big, wear a lite/junior or if it is too small, wear a super. To make sure you have it in correctly, you want to put it in at the same angle as the "hole" and push it back pretty far, probably just a little further taht you actually want to. Also, so make it more comfortable to go in, try a plactic applicator instead of a cardboard one! Hope this all helps you! [ kallan's advice column | Ask kallan A Question ]
