Ok, I have had my perid since the last day of may. It has been almost 2 months and I'm still having my period. It's weird because the last week of may I had a really heavy period. And then the second to last week of June I had a really heavy period too. And now the second to last week of July I'm having the heaviest period of all. In between the weeks my period is light but I still have to wear pads and stuff. I talked to my mom and she suggested going to the doctor and getting birth control to help me regulate. Should I just wait a little longer? Or should I see a doctor right away? Also, I'm not sexually active whats so ever, and I never had been. I've had my period all of summer so far! It sucks : ( Thanks for the advice!

There also might be something else wrong other than a irregular period. [ JazziJazz's advice column | Ask JazziJazz A Question ]

The longest period I've ever heard of someone having (when they were perfectly healthy) is 12 days, so there is something wrong. This might be a minor infection, but it also might be very serious.
