gain weight

Question Posted Thursday July 20 2006, 10:02 pm

i can gain weight VERY easily. like if i eat one thing extra then i would normally eat. then i have a "fat day" the next day. where my stomach 'puffs' out a little more then normal. i can easily gain like 3-5 pounds in one day. i also exercise every day. i do AT LEAST 170 crunches, 100 bicycles, and then stretch out my abs. so what can i do so i don't gain weight as easily.

i think that it has something to do with me having a slow metabalisum, but what can i do about that? oh and i'm 14/f if that helps.

and i can't go and buy any special pills or anything that speeds up my metabalisum

drinking green tea every morning at breakfast will speed up your metabolism. Also, avoid skipping meals.
