What exactly is a crash diet? I know they're bad for your body. Is it when you eat nothing at all? I'm thinking of going on one, for just a week..I know it's bad, but I am seriously desperate, and there's no way I'm going to stick my finger down my throat. What are some things I could eat that will help me lose weight? I know lots of water, fruit. What else?

as for food just eat organic things and cut out meat. eat vegetables, soy, protein, fruits, water, vegeburgers, etc. also just excersize a little more, it doesnt take much. [ aquababe1's advice column | Ask aquababe1 A Question ]

I know my friend did that and she lost weight, but she gained it alll back. Green tea helps you lose weight. It speeds up youre metabolism and its super good for you. Another thing you can try is eating a teaspoon of peanut butter before bed. That is supposed to speed up youre metabolism, as well.
