What exactly is a crash diet? I know they're bad for your body. Is it when you eat nothing at all? I'm thinking of going on one, for just a week..I know it's bad, but I am seriously desperate, and there's no way I'm going to stick my finger down my throat. What are some things I could eat that will help me lose weight? I know lots of water, fruit. What else? (link)

don't eat a lot of snacks and junk food at all and no pop I know from personal experience see if that helps

Alright, i just got a puppy, and hes 7 weeks old, hes a golden doodle mix (golden retriever/poodle), and he humps his blanket...and other random objects...hes only 7 WEEKS old...is that normal?
any advice you have, i'd appreciate!
