Im am kendra and im 13 years old and i am on my period today. everytime im on my period i cramp and i don't tell my mom because she overreacts like when i was 10 and i first came on it she got so mad because i messed up my underwear!! im still cramping and as i type i cramp and cramp should i tell her or not

She shouldn't over react because it's normal to cramp when you get your period, and its not your fault that your a girl. You cant help that you're in pain. She knows what its like to be a teenager and maybe she can give you some tips on how to prevent the pain from hurting so much.
aquababe1 answered Thursday July 20 2006, 8:45 pm: i would definitely tell your mom. she needs to know if youre in pain and should understand since shes a woman too, shes obviously had cramps when she had her period. just tell her its been bothering you and if maybe you could have some ibuprofen or something, just try to get her to understand it from your view and hopefully she will.
