acne!!! does it afect what boys think of me???
I have minor acne and i wear make-up 2 clean it up.My dad says not 2 wear it but i do any way.All my friends say im so pretty and so do random people. i dont think im so preety.I dont care if my friends think im pretty i want this 1 boy jay to think i am.He only likes this 1 girl jasmine who is hawiin and japaneese and so pretty.Does the acne have any thing 2 do with what he thinks of me????

i doubt that its because of your acne! everyone gets acne here and there even i have it! but your just like me ..all my friends think im so pretty but i just dont see it! i really think you should listen to your friends and everyone else around you though because hardly anyone ever likes their appearance. maybe try being more confident around him..if you arent already! if this guy doesnt like you because of your acne then thats pretty bad..and you dont need a guy like that anyway! but if you still want to go for him then keep flirting with him! but dont get too attached because you dont want to get annoying or seem too clingy.♥

I seriously doubt it. My best friend used to have pretty bad acne and has always had to fight blokes off with a stick.
Him thinking you are pretty is also not enough if you're looking for a relationship with this boy. Be his friend and let him get to know you first. Most prefer a nice person to a pretty one. If you can be both, lucky you.

Everyone gets acne....it's part of growing up! I doubt that acne makes a big impact of what people think of u. If people think that your pretty (especially your friends and family), then you honestly must be! I don't think that they would lie to you.

it probably doesn't. if it does, then he's really shallow. appearance seems to be a big thing since you guys are teenagers & what not & that's understandable. believe your friends. they wouldn't lie to you about being pretty, but you do have to realize that everyone has different opinions. since you are a teenager (im guessing) the acne thing shouldn't be a huge problem since you're taking care of it. most teenagers do have acne. i never had it myself, but almost all my friends have it. if it becomes more of a problem, you can always go to a dermotologist. i really don't see acne as a big thing. everyone has it one time er another & as long as you're taking care of it it shouldn't be a problem. if he's judging you by your acne anyway, you wouldn't want to date him to begin with.
