i've been having a 'snack' around 7 maybe once er twice a week. either cookies, crackers, etc. once a month itd be a donut er something. is that really bad for you?? i heard you gain more weight doing that.
Moderation is the key! I would advise though that you try switching your snack around so that you have the sweeter snacks in the morning and fruit or veggies with some dip in the evening as you are less likely to burn calories in the evenings.

Instead of cookies & donuts, replace it with fruit. Another option would be to eat 5 small meals a day, as oppose to 3 big ones, to decrese your appetite (so you aren't hungry later at night).
