Ok eating a donut once in a while is actually more healthy then denying yourself any junk at all. If you are constantly denying yourself then you eventually binge and that is unhealthy.
Moderation is the key! I would advise though that you try switching your snack around so that you have the sweeter snacks in the morning and fruit or veggies with some dip in the evening as you are less likely to burn calories in the evenings.
Hope this helped ]
Well, cookies & crackers are obviously not healthy for you. But as long as it's not every night, it shouldn't affect your weight that dramatically. Instead of cookies & donuts, replace it with fruit. Another option would be to eat 5 small meals a day, as oppose to 3 big ones, to decrese your appetite (so you aren't hungry later at night). ]
if its a snack once a week, and a donut once a month, it really shouldnt be affecting you TOO much, whether its your health or your weight. ]
