Hey
I get that all the time too, don't worry. People say to use shave gel instead of soap, but personally that doesn't work for me. It still got all bumps. My sister never gets them, so I asked her and she said that she only shaves like, every 2 or 3 days. It prevents irritation because you're not shaving every day. That should work.

you should try waxing down there. for a week, it willbe red, but after that, then it will be almost erfect looking. if you dont want to do that, buy a razor with a bigger moisture strip, like schikc intuition

hey!!

i know exactly what you're talking about. basically the red bumps mean irritation of some sort... the skin there is pretty sensitive, so that's not surprising. ingrown hairs also occur there a lot, so that's another explanation.

from now on, shave your arm pits in the shower... to be more exact, do it at the end of your shower. using a loofah and body wash, wash under your armpits... this will get rid of left over deodorant and exfoliate your skin and get it ready for the razor. don't rinse yet... put a good amount of shave gel (skintimate is the best!) on each arm pit, and rub it in well. then use a good, sharp razor (2 blades or more) and shave each arm pit. then rinse.

after you get out of the shower, if there are still some red bumps or irritation, you can always use a little bit of hydrocortisone cream to help get rid of the redness and itching. also, wait a little bit before putting deodorant on, because that can irritate just-shaved skin.

and if you don't need to shave your arm pits every single day, try skipping a day. this will deffinitely help stop the irritation! :) hope all this helped and let me know if you need more help!

This is what I do.

1. Wet your underarms.
2. Lather it up with shave gel.
3. Shave carefully.
4. Rinse off.

When your done, make sure you put deoderant on so that it doesn't dry and irritate.
