can you get my bmi?

Ok i'm 5'4 and i weight 110 am i underweight because i want to get sum muscles for volleyball and i wanna know how hard i'm going to have to work, please help me lol

Hey. Well, actually youre BMI is 18.9 and underweight is 18.5 but still, that is very close! You probably will want to eat a lot of protein if you want to gain muscle and then you will have to go to the gym. This is what I suggest because they have weight machines, so its easier to gain muscle than what you can do at home. The pricey membership is worth it if youre serious about volleyball/getting in shape! Also, you can try drinking protein shakes. They will taste bad, but they help you gain muscle [with lifting weights of course] and you can mix it with other drinks. Its usually a powdery substance you can get at a drugstore. Hope that all helps.
