I've heard the same thing but I have found a few things you have to pay for, yet, I will not pay for them. I've found some sites by googleing "eye exercises" and "exercises to improve your vision". Tell me if they work for you. They should work(from what I understand ) for anyone who suffers from vision impairment due to near point stress. Please tell me your results as I am also looking to see if they work.

It is impossible to improve your eyesight through excercises, it will only improve the muscle that move your eyes.

oh yea theres this tape called eye yoga it does work. it improve my eyesights slightly, but then i lost it the tape.
