i dont think you have to, just a credit card, or a guardian that has a credit card. And if you are supposed to be a certain age, my dad lets me use his account!

yes you have to be 18. the main reason is because you are dealing with credit cards and what not that you have to be 18 to have. and it charges you to list stuff up
i use my moms.. its just makes my life easier

you have to be at least 18 for an ebay account and 18 for a paypal account.
i think if you are under your parents supervision, you can have one if youre younger 18
