Your welcome! And to get started I would try and ask some of your parents friends who have kids if they need a babysitter, give them a reason why you want to babysit and give them an estimate of how much money you want $$/hr per hr.
If that doesnt work, you could always look in the newspaper or the pennysaver for babysitting jobs and call and tell them your info and see what they say. Those are all I can think of as of now but if i can come up with anything else I will let you know!
