how can i shrink a skirt that has already been washed

sorry it took me so long to answer your question. i just got back from somewhere. Washing it in cold water isn't going to shrink it.it's the heat from the dryer that shrinks the fabric. but if you try it on high heat in the dryer after washing it, then it should work. now some people say to wash it on very cold water but that doesnt make it shrink, just so you know so dont pay attention to anyone who says that. well i hoped i help and i hope this isnt the last time i hear from you. if you need to ask me anymore questions please go ahead and email me at hsmfan15xo@yahoo.com . i hope i helped!!
