for some reason whenever iam around one of my ex boyfriends I get nervous.when I was around my ex boyfriend jesse I was just like please don't let him see me and I hid behind my mom,but when I was around my ex boyfriend donnie I got so nervouse that I was shaking so bad that his mom had to tell me to calm down nobody was going to hurt me,the thing is I wasn't afraid of anybody hurting me so why was I so nervous?

I was the same way...I still dont really like my exes seeing me. I dont know...seeing them makes me feel really guilty and stupid. Just try not to worry about it. You guys arent seeing each other anymore, its really not the end of the world. If you try talking to them it may ease the tension you feel between you two.
I talked to one of my exes and it helped a little bit.

just dont think about them your there on your own to do your own thing dont even look atthem if they try and talk to you talk to them as if you never went out with them and thatyou guys are best friends
