 All you really have to do is just watch what you eat and go out for walks. That will help you loose a lot of weight. Eat foods that are healthy for you and aren't high in fat and calories. Don't eat after 8PM. ALWAYS eat breakfast. Drink a lot of water; anywhere between 6-8 glasses, a day. Then, after supper, just go for a little walk. Also, you could start doing sit-ups and crunches before going to bed. This will help tone your belly, after you loose some weight. ♥
